Neurodiverse Women’s Support Group

by | Apr 29, 2026 | Support Group, Uncategorized

This group is for women (cis and trans) navigating life with neurodivergence – including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, Tourette’s, and other neurocomplex experiences (diagnosed or self-identified are welcome). This is a low-pressure, non-performative space where neurodivergent women don’t have to mask. Many of us move through the world feeling out of sync, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. This group offers a space to slow down, connect, and be in a room where your way of thinking, feeling, and processing is understood and welcomed. We focus on acceptance, not fixing.

Come as you are and when you have capacity. There is no expectation to share in any particular way. You are welcome to listen, stim/fidget, move around, or participate in whatever way feels right for you.

Together, we will explore:
– navigating sensory, emotional, and cognitive overwhelm
– identity, masking, and unmasking
– relationships and communication
– burnout, capacity, and self-trust
– whatever feels most present for you
