Talk Therapy

Online & In-Person

life can be dark and twisty.

We often don’t see the patterns and thoughts that hold us back or keep us stuck. As your therapist, I’m here to reflect what is under the surface, including patterns, dynamics, ways we treat ourselves, or deeply held beliefs about who we are in the world.

therapy offers a safe space to explore your concerns.

As a team, we look back to find where these thoughts and patterns began and then seek to heal old wounds in the safe and stable present moment.

Therapy is a meeting of minds, hearts, and spirits between a person seeking and another person holding space.

Therapy is one of many tools you can use to find balance, safety, and stability.

My therapeutic approach includes a focus on the relationship we develop and your individual concerns and goals using a psychodynamic and strengths-based lens.
